Getting Started with Olemno Sync

Olemno's Olemno Sync technology makes it possible to integrate your existing web store with Olemno to sync products, inventory, orders, and more.

This means that products sold on Olemno will automatically sync into your regular workflow of order fulfilment and inventory management.


1. Once you are signed up to our backend portal to Olemno (Webkul Multivendor Marketplace App) please download the Olemno Sync App in the Shopify App Store.

3. Once you installed the app it will show up under the tab Apps in your Shopify Menu on the left of the screen.
4. You can set up your account first via the “My Account” tab in the top bar.
Make sure the email address is identical to that of your original webstore's
5. Go to the “Configuration” tab in the top bar to enable or disable automatic product synchronization
6. In the price rule configuration there is the option to manage price differences between the primary Shopify store and Olemno
  • You can enable or disable the price rule status.
  • You can select the price rule, either to increase or decrease.
  • You can select the price change, either fixed or as a percentage.
  • You can enter the amount you want to increase or decrease the price.
7. In the “Products” menu you can review the list of synced product. You can also edit (custom) fields and hide or delete products.

To make these changes you can click on three dots just below the product listing.

You can sync or hide your existing products from Olemno in two ways;
1) when you install the app there is the option at the bottom left of the page to sync products. This will take you to your product page where you can select the products you would like to sync or hide. Then simply go to the actions button and select sync or hide from Olemno.
2) At a later point in time you can open your product page where you can select the products you would like to sync or hide. Then simply go to the actions button and select sync or hide from Olemno.
9. Under the "Unmapped products" tab is one you that is rudimentary. Sometimed you can find products which were on your primary Shopify store before the installation of the app. You can map these products manually or by SKU.
